By Train

By Plane

From Catania’s Fontanarossa airport take the A18 freeway for approximately 50 km toward Messina, exit Taormina interchange.

Located 1500 meters from the Zagare Catania-Messina freeway and 51 km from Catania’s Fontanarossa Airport, it is also just 15 minutes’ drive from Taormina, 30 minutes from Mount Etna and 30 minutes from the Acantara Gorges.

the historic center of Taormina , Castelmola, the Naxos Gardens, Forza D’Agro, Savoca, The Alcantara valley (with its gorges), Mount Etna, The Cyclops Riviera, Acireale, Acicastello and Acitrezza, as well as the cities of Catania and Messina.
In addition, after a short walk from the hotel, you will find coach excursions leaving for the day for Agrigento, Siracusa, Noto, Palermo and the Aeolian Islands, Lipari, Vulcano, Panarea and Stromboli, and returning in the evening.

Mazzeo is part of the municipality of Taormina, famous for its beach. Less known than the beaches of Lido Mazzaro and Isola Bella but not for this less visited and enjoyed.

Starting from the center of Taormina you can get there on the beachbus or by taking the buses that connect the town with Letojanni, located further north.
Along the seafront at Mazzeo there are large free beaches and private beaches, with lots of space for deckschairs and sun umbrellas.
